| Customer Reviews: Still own it after 5 years May 22, 2010 G. H. Quach (Chicago, IL) Those who left bad review put this company out of business. This Aero bed is a great design. I own both twin and queen and they are great for guest and very handy. After 5 years I still have them. Of course, at one point, they will leak since everything does not last for life. Also it depends how one uses it. If you jump up and down or weight 500 lb, nothing will last. My queen after 4 years it leak, but it also comes with the patch. After patching it works as before and I still have it.
I am very disappointed that this company no longer made this bed!!!! Otherwise I would buy more extra...
Selling products not in stock September 11, 2005 C. K. 1 out of 12 found this review helpful
Indicated that the product was in stock (both at Amazon and on their own site) while the product was back-ordered by several weeks.
This is an unacceptable business practice.
Deflates while I'm sleeping! April 4, 2005 L. Young (New York, NY) 9 out of 12 found this review helpful
Given what I paid for this, I have been very careful. I bought it for a guest, but started using it as my everyday bed because it's more comfortable than my old, flat futon mattress.
Recently, I started noticing that in the middle of the night, the mattress was deflating. If I sat up, my rump was touching the ground! I removed all of the bedding to find the hole...none that I can see with the naked eye.
Now my sleep routine includes waking up and re-inflating my sinking "raft."
I'm disappointed and don't plan on buying another Aerobed given other options that are out there now. I think a real sofabed will be more cost effective.
